Power Out Purdue

 A crazy rain storm hit the beautiful town of West Lafayette, Indiana, yesterday around 2:30 pm. Around 2:50 pm, the power went out on campus. While most buildings got the power back on within 2-3 hours, many of the surrounding apartment buildings still have no power (yes it’s been 24 hours). When it started getting dark, I went out for a walk to see what the town looked like with no light pollution. Needless to say, it felt like I was on the set of the #WalkingDead (I’m a big fan of the show 😀 ). Truthfully, it was neat. The moon and stars were bright. I actually managed to get a few somewhat decent shots of an extremely bright star and the moon.
